May 23rd AM - Amazing Humpback Encounter!

This morning we had an amazing Humpback encounter with "Split Fin" south of Race Rocks! Split Fin seemed to have a scratch that needed to be itched and so for the next 30 plus minutes we watched as this well known Humpback thrashed its huge pectoral flukes in the air over & over again :) As if that was not enough we also saw a pair of Tufted Puffins south of Race Rocks (great find Kristen)!! At Race we also saw out resident Sea Otter as well as numerous Seals & Seal Lions plus a couple of Bald Eagles. What a wonderful morning :)
